Real People?

This seems to happen to me alot and I just realised it happens to alot of people as well. We all kind of lead double lives. One in the world and one on the internet. We all have some username or alias we find so cool. I know its hard to put our real names out here because of all those fraudsters! But are we 'real' on the internet? DO any of you all actually 'become' your aliases and change into another person, act differently? I actually am comfortable with you guys, mostly because you all like the same things I do. I love cooking, tech and gaming, I even love history! You guys to me seem 'real' on these forums, but I know many who try to act cool and pretend to be others on many forums. I hope the people I know on these boards are just as real when they are off the pc...
