Exclamation Rev3's BitTorrent tracker being used for piracy?

Revision3's BitTorrent tracker (tracker.revision3.com:20000/announce) has usually been used to distribute episodes of Rev3 shows like Diggnation, TRS, etc, but currently it's being used to announce a file called "Rambo[2008]DvDRip-aXXo.avi", which is clearly ... y'know, probably not what the intended use of said tracker is by the company.

This doesn't mean that the Rev3 tracker is actually distributing the file in any way, but it is facilitating the acquisition of said file between peers over BitTorrent. I'm pretty sure that a lot of people would see that as illegal (given the nature of the file) and I just don't want Rev3 to get in any trouble, so I figured I'd mention it 'ere in the hopes that whoever is in charge of the tracker would see it, and stop it.

If you pirate Rambo, he will destroy you.

I try my hardest not to pirate anything, in fact 90% of the songs on my iPod are all either purchased on the iTunes Store or ripped from a CD. The only ones I have on there that I got via less legal means are ones I couldn't buy on iTunes but I still like (like Rufus Wainright's "Hallelujah"--he has it on the iTunes Store, but only if you buy an entire soundtrack for "The L Word", which I don't want, so.. I said screw him and got it off of Gnutella.) or songs that I listen to once in a blue moon, and don't feel are actually worth the $.

I rent movies all the time, and hardly ever download them, but when I have no money with which to rent movies (let alone afford much to eat for the next few days) I kind if just give up on morality and download a film instead. If it's good, I'll either buy it or rent it later. If it was horrible, ... well, then I don't care.

technically, it's just serving the hashes and no content what so ever

I realize that, but to have the trading of pirated materials linked to a company's server? That's crazy. There's always a chance that someone, somewhere will find a way to sue Rev3 for it. I'm just voicing my concern for Revision3, is all. I'd hate to see shows like Diggnation just disappear.

Thank god we don't have any laws based on morality
