Resetting an iPhone on AT&T's Network

The link below is for resetting an iPhone for AT&T. AT&T has been upgrading its network to HSUPA so the download speed will be 7.2 Mbps, optimally. The AT&T upgrade is made in software so this software resetting might work. It all depends where one is since this rollout is being done in phases.
