I agree with most everyone that you need the Blackest Night, Green Lantern, and Green Lantern Corps books. But I have read all three issues for "Tales of ...", Batman, Superman, and Titans.
"Tales of ..." was really interesting, but really didn't reveal anything. It was just kind of a compilation of One-shots. Superman was amazing, and it was the first time I noticed/realized how Black Lanterns see everyone. Batman was good, but I didn't feel essential, except the part with Deadman figuring another thing out. Titans had a huge reveal that would probably be useful, but if you read the actual Blackest Night, you'll eventually find out about it. From the remaining check list, here is what I'll pick up: Adventure Comics vol. 2, #4-5 Justice League of America vol. 2, #39-40 Blackest Night: Flash #1-3 Blackest Night: JSA #1-3 The Atom & Hawkman #46 Blackest Night: Wonder Woman #1-3 Starman #81 (Vol.2) Maybes: The Power of Shazam! #48 The Question #37 Secret Six Vol.3 #17 Weird Western Tales #71 Superman/Batman #66-67 Booster Gold vol. 2, #26-27 I will skip ... probably: The Doom Patrol vol. 5, #4-5 The Outsiders vol. 5, #24-25 R.E.B.E.L.S. vol. 2 #10-11 Teen Titans vol. 3, #77-78 Catwoman #83 (Vol.3) Phantom Stranger #42 Suicide Squad #67

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Secret Six #17 is a continuation of Suicide Squad #67, so if you plan on getting one, you should probably get the other as well.
