not sure how to post videos on here honestly, dont think i ever have?

If this works, this one was my personal favorite not because of the food or anything but just because of how much fun it was to film something with my friends.

Just found this thread, so I figured I'd post some videos.

Here's my fajitas, you might recognize it from the burger episode:

Here's my burger. I did a bit more editing on this one, and the software I used dropped the resolution down to 480 If anyone knows of some free software I can use to edit video, I'd greatly appreciate it:

Finally found a way to watch Youtube here in China (Thank You VPNOD) - Those burgers looked amazing, except it looked to me like they shrunk quite a bit once they were finished. That's the number 1 complaint I have about home-made burgers... How can you make them fill the whole bun instead of just being a little puck?

Your pizza video looked really good too, did you pre-cook the chicken when you were putting it on, it looked as though it were already cooked?

I don't know if this answers your first question, but I originally made two patties on camera, but then turned it into three before grilling. Also, all meat is going to shrink after cooking, due to protein tightening and water loss. I guess the solution is to make flatter patties.

Yes, I precooked the chicken. I diced it and then cooked it in a skillet with seasoning. I wouldn't put raw chicken on a pizza. I don't think the pizza would cook long enough for it to be safe.

Default Videos on the show

Guys

Have sure to keep the videos coming because they always have a great chance of getting featured on the show as they really stand out compared to the hundreds of photos that we get.

I think so many people think that it is hard to record and edit videos but the truth is that with the technology we all have at our hands these days it really couldn't be any easier!

Really gives a great visual demo of cooking the recipes at home and I love watching them myself to see what you guys have been up to!

Cheers
