Podcast won't synch to iPhone
I can't get the HD MP4 - 30fps version of the podcast to sync to my iPhone.

HD30 is the wrong resolution/format for the iPhone.
You want to use: feed://revision3.com/lifehacker/feed/MP4-Small

HD 30fps is a huge resolution
Just for future Small: ipods/iphones etc Medium: tablets/netbooks Large: TV/computers/LCDs
