I've actually had something along the lines of what your talking about in the planning stages. It would look more professional than most podcasts (i.e. studio and set) and it would be called "Next-Gen", kinda of like a modern day "Screensavers". It would involve me and a co-host talking about the latest stories in technology, and doing some projects and interviews for the fans. We would also have filler people to do "on the scene" stuff. Unfortunately, due to time and money constraints, this may be held off for a few years, but it is definitely something to watch out for. There are plenty of other things about this show which make it unique, but I don't want to ruin it.

I think this idea would be cool. It could really help people out.

I love this idea, I love PixelPerfect. Is there any way to put a show together about programing like the new SDK for the Iphone. I would really enjoy a show that would help me in getting us started. Even diffrent things like Jave or C#... Thank you... Rene

Cat Schwartz has a blog about raising children in this high tech world. How about something along those lines. Let’s get the rest of the old Tech TV folks over to Rev3. Hire her to do a show on tech gadgets for babies and small children. This could help to broaden the viewing audience as well.

the screen savers was always geared a bit more towards the 'nerd'...what you're thinking of is basically Call for Help
not a bad idea, but it would be harder to find a computer-noobie audience subscribing to RSS podcasts on internet television |

it is a similar concept, minus the calls. It would be welcome too. There hasn't been a call for help in the US for years, since G4 killed it off here.

Wouldn't what your describing just be Tekzilla?

Umm. Yes it would. This thread also predates Tekzilla by about a year.
