itunes on TRS doesn't have a feed for the mp3 format?
Was going to start listening to the show again and I see that while episodes are still put out in an audio format, itunes doesn't have a subscription to it. Just two different resolutions of the video versions.

Roll your own iTunes feed.
I hate the "I'd listen if iTunes had an x feed like y does" conversations because iTunes doesn't restrict you to the Apple sandbox, and quite happily plays with RSS feeds, and it really isn't hard to do. From the TRS Subscription page, copy the URL of the MP3 feed. feed://revision3.com/trs/feed/MP3 Open iTunes. Under the "Advanced" menu, select "Subscribe to Podcast ..." Paste the URL for the feed (like the one above) into the dialog box, and click OK. The TRS MP3 feed will now appear as a part of iTunes podcast list.
