Speed Issues with iiNet/Australia

Hi tried the netdebug test.
Bitcast-A bandwith test works ok, the test stalls on bitcast-b (no dowloading)
Skipped the bandwith test and lodged what i could

Fixed last week. Can finally watch tekzilla again.
Ended up submitting the netdebug test 3 times against my ticket. Don't know if that's what helped to fix it but I'm happy.
