Simple IR Programmable Remote

I'm looking for a simple (no more than 10-12 buttons) that learns the functions of other remotes by copying its IR signal per button. None of this code-based setup. I want it this way so I can setup a simple remote for my mom and it needs to control Power, Channels, Volume for her HDTV and then basic functions for her Roku.

These types of remotes used to be fairly easy to find but now they all seem to be code based and have way too many buttons for my mom (she's 81).
