Would dans absents from movie reviews effect the yearly movie raddy?

I was just wondering with dans absents from movie reviews, would he still give us his top5 movies of the year and would he still way in on the raddy?

I assume he would still be hands off and not participate. Maybe Mikey will step in as the third vote. I guess Dan would just be the moderator.

My guess is he'll participate. I'm sure his decision to exclude himself from the daily reviews is to avoid having to either provide negative feedback on fellow individuals from his field or compromise the integrity of his opinion. Providing a list of his favorite films from the year won't really present the same problem.

I'd suggest that he can still participate w/o saying if he liked the movie or not... just guessing what the hype and box office revenues will be.

Doh! wait a minute... I replied quickly thinking of the movie pool wager... which doesnt need commentary on the merits of a film just on its revenue....

A film not being in the top five isn't saying it's bad or anything, so less likely to cause friction.
