Default Uninstall funmoods

I don't know what I've downloaded, but somehow in firefox seach keeps redirecting me to funmoods.
I unstalled the toolbar from add/remove programs, I've unstalled the FF addon.
But it's still redirecting me.
So, how do I remove it?

I don't know why software companies bundle other crap with their software.

Try this: http://bit.ly/MXBEAj

If that doesn't work - try this: http://funmoods.com/english/faq#a6

That's the first thing I did. Smart @ss.
and not of that helped.
The home page is OK, it's the search that it hijacks.

Mozilla Firefox:
1. Open Mozilla Firefox Internet Browser.
2. On Google’s Search box, click the “arrow down” beside the logo.
3. Select “Manage Search Engine” from the drop-down list.
4. Choose your desired search default (like Google) and click the button “Move up.” It should be on the top of the list to set it as default.
5. You can now remove other installed search engine.

Its not rocket science.

I don't think I explain correctly.
I have the default homepage in firefox.
If I search using that, then it redirects me to funmoods.
The only search engines I have are, yahoo, bing, amazon, ebay, google , wikipedia.

This link may help, it's from the Mozilla forums.

http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que...#answer-307493

Based on what I read, it looks like you caught the 'not so funmoods' from a 'not so very useful program after all'.

I was curious myself because I like to download to try new software out myself. Usually from CNET or the maker's website. In rare cases like lost patches for old valued software, may lead you to questionable sites. Thanks to that link I know to avoid alwaysdownloads.com
