Default Need help with Google docs

I was uploading some HTML files. Using the upload folder.
I went to view them, all the formating was all messed up.
So I deleted them then. I thought I was just deleting that one folder.
But I must've had all docs. checked marked, and not just that folder.
Then I deleted everything from trash. Went back to home page, everything was gone.

I know it's my own fault for not looking before deleting something, and I should've had a backup on my computer.

So, is there anyway I can get it back? Or, am I attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

I was trying to contact google, but there's no email or phone number for any support. And their forums sucks.

I did have a copy on an external hdd. But that copy was from last year, and it got deleted. I'm running recuva on that, hopefully I can get most of it back. It's really the spreadsheet that I need more then anything else. If recuva does get it back, then it'll be only the last 6 months of data that I have to do.

Hate to say it, but Google docs is up to you to manage.
If you delete the files, then clear your trash ... its gone.

Or is it ... since these are HTML files they might be in your browser cache. You probably won't et everything back, but it beats starting from scratch.

The HTML, I have a local copy, really 2, on my hdd, another on a thumb drive.
What's the most important is the spreadsheet. It has 4 years worth of data.
Hopefully I can recover it from my external drive. Then, maybe I would just have to do the last 6 or 8 months of data only.
Then when I upload it, download a copy. Or,I have microsoft office, I should use that, and use google for a backup.

And Google shouldn't make it so easy to delete your stuff by accident. They need to put lables on stuff. Like don't just have a trash can, have it actually say delete.

Since I can't recover it, I have to make a new spreadsheet.
Now how do I download my paypal transaction? It would only let me do the last 2 years.
I know I can go page by page on their site. Buy their site is slow as crap. And their book keeping sucks.
