50 Years of James Bond
There's a rumor all the James Bonds will assemble together for the first time at this year's Academy Awards . . .
I'm currently watching through them all and I got to thinking . . . A - What is your favorite Bond film, theme song, and who is your favorite James Bond? I need to pull a Dan here and say I have 2 films tied for first - On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Skyfall (Because they both delve deeper into Bond's character than any of the other films) My favorite bond, although Mr Craig is one tough SOB, is Timothy Dalton. I loved The Living Daylights and even though License to Kill was horrible, Dalton is the voice I hear and the person I see when I think of Bond. As far as themes go, hard to beat Tina turners goldeneye.

GoldenEye...and Brosnan.
...I still have a thing for Onatopp. Admittedly, Moore was the first Bond I saw, though I can't recall if I ever saw a full movie back then. I do tend to think of Connery when I think of Bond these days, but that's probably due to the imagery flashed around for years.

M's treatment of Bond during their first chat is reminiscent of her attitude with Craig's bond. Goldeneye just might be the perfect bond movie...skyfall was amazing, but when it comes to rewatchability, ya can't beat goldeneye. I think I'll have to change my answer and make Goldeneye not only my favorite bond, but one if my fav action movies. The tank chase and hand-to-hand fight in the radar tower were so well done. even the little things were awesome, as simple as how a weapon rattles in someone's hands to the clicking jingle of gear make a difference. -

My favorite bond is Brosnan because I grew up with him and like the action in his films, and my favorite movie is Goldeneye because I think it's one of the iconic action films ever.
