Default Can't view video although logged in

I can't view video that was uploaded around 4 months ago despite being logged in I get the message:

Authentication required (/geekbeattv/tricaster-850-extreme-review)

This page is off limits to you. Your access attempt has been logged.

The review concerned is titled" TriCaster 850 Extreme Review - GeekBeat.TV
Added 4 mos. ago – After a few months working with the new TriCaster 850 Extreme we're ready to share our thoughts on this powerful video production tool."

Despite emailing support several days ago, I still can't view the video and have had no response.

Why would this review be unavailable when I can see all the others?
