Yep. I stupidly decided to use this method and eventually got screwed.
I've got an efi-x v1 lying around collecting dust, and I only purchased it after this episode was released. I suggest that if you want to install mac on your pc, to use a guide similar to this: http://lifehacker.com/5351485/how-to...tart-to-finish -It's the one I used and it's working great for me! Just take a look at this first: http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCL_10.6.0 Drivers are the main problem, but if your hardware is on the efix compatibility list, then it should work fine anyway ...afaik. ===== It might take a little trial and error, but it's worth it.

Efix V1.1 Rocks
i just got my new EFIX V1.1 and it working Awesome I love my new HACKINTOSH. as a starving Graphic artist/mac & Pc technician this work out wonderfully for me . The only with draw is the Update Firmware take time to get when a new OS come out but i did only spend half the cost of a new MAC. Thanks Tekzilla for the in sight on this Toy.. Keep up with the good work ,,
