Issues with unsynced audio with hd video

I am having issues with the audio being unsynced to the hd video in the app for the new nook hd. Everything is fine with the large video and audio. But this is with at least three shows, don't know if it is with all shows. The nook hd runs a skimmed version of android 4.0.3. Please let me know if you are aware of this issue and if there is a fix for this. Thanks in advance
