Unhappy my burned dvds playback problems

Hello OK so my problem is that after I have burnt my discs they play perfectly on my computer jump and jittery and certain points on my DVD player, wont read on my sisters ps2 and wont play on my friends laptop or ps3 I have no idea why this is happening I use ritek dvd-r discs I use imgburn I click on write files/folders to disc I drag and drop video and audio ts and I burn at 8x data type mode1/2048 file system iso9660+udf and udf revision and i verify disk any ideas

PS2 are old as hell and do not make good DVD players anymore.

The PS3 & laptop not playing does concern me a little.

It sounds like it's either a format or DRM issues.

Try reading the disc with DVDFab's free program.
