Hd video and audio....NOT SYNCING!!!

hiya! I have a problem with Hd video and audio not syncing up. on many of the websites I go to. ( youtube, Netflix, and even Revision 3 HD Nation ) The video would stop and go. while the audio keeps going. I'm using google chrome and I'm running windows 7 home premium. My hardware: is a AMD Brazos dual core c-60 processor. with a Radeon HD6290 gpu. I also have 6GBs of ram.
