Really great show, guys. The discussion was top notch.

Conor, this is your chance to prove your point about Faker's dialogue. I don't read the book, but I'd be interested in seeing this debate go forward.

Agree that Faker is very much a book that is meant to be read in trade. Picked up the first issue and it was obviously written with that in mind.

This is going to be interesting: from reading the show notes, it looks like this is the first time in memory when I am not reading a single one of the books discussed on the show. I am gobsmacked.

Come to think of it I didn't read any of these books either. I do have Omega and Countdown though.

Two possible responses, one sincere, one flippant:

1) This happened to me the week I was in Ireland, and Tom Katers was on the show. I listened when I got back, and I hadn't read any of the books they talked about. Weird.

2) You should check out some different books then. Also, you are excused from my real life torment of your "over-marvelitude" because of the recent occurrence forever willing your own life as not your own.

I promise to buy the very next issue of JLA/Hitman.

The more I hear about Scalped, the more certain it is that I'll start reading it in trade soon. I have taken bigger chances based on POWs (see: Robin) and never been led astray yet.

Great show boys.

Def would love a show on Preacher. Pref a videocast to display the amazing artwork.

Did anyone read the Chronicles of Wormwood by Ennis? I read them in the comic store and hope they come out in tpb soon.

Thanks,
VVeisser62
