Im not sure if we are suppose to or can post our own stuff but this is my Tuna Cake outline i kinda talked about in the sea food area
2 (6 oz.) can tuna(in water), drained 1 1/2 egg, beaten 1 onion(mid size?), minced(or how ever much you like but the more there is the less it will hold together) 1/4 tsp. Mustard sauce 1/4 tsp. Hot suace 12 Saltines(or whatever seems to fit and keep everything together), crumbled Also can add a Tiny bit of shredded cheese to the middle of a tuna ball if you want that cheesey ness. Alright Im not good with telling people what to do...but this is kind of a grab what you have and mix then cook lol. Combind everything in a good size bowl and mix well, make sure everything sticks fine. Make whatever size Cakes you like (place the chese in the middle when forming if you like the cheese) and well place in the fryin pan at mid to high and cook on both sides till brown, they should be nice and warm inside out and crispy. Now im hungry. Alright sorry i have bad grammar and spelling but like i said just grab the stuff and mix, then cook ![]() Also add pepper or salt or something afterwards if you like(i dont have a dipping suace or nothing...) If you have tryed this or will let me know what you did and if you liked it |

![]() this is the size the cakes came out to in my pan, but you can make them bigger or smaller ![]() Brown is good...but black is not, well unless you like burnt ness lol, cook for how ever long i guess ![]() Here are 4 of 5(the other witch was cheese cooked longer) as you see i like to use Sea Salt on them. Hope you enjoyed the pictures and maybe they can help you make this? not sure lol I had fun doing this by myself o_O it became a good dinner(as im eatin it now) but also be warned it smells bad when cooking... Hmm, This is awesome. Great of you to post pictures and your recipe. I hate tuna so I wont try it but if I liked tuna, I would. Anyway, I think we need to develope a place just for this type of stuff where people post maybe one of their favorite recipes and then post their pictures. Also post pictures of what they have made based on CAC.
