i agree klitzy, they have a mini section for people to post what they have done from CAC or by them self.

Don't like Tuna? Try it with tinned Salmon or with Crab Meat. If you are doing crab or salmon, subsitute the saltines with a slice or two of white bread soaked in a little milk. Light mayo/sour cream can also be used instead of eggs - you just need something sloppy to bind the dry ingredients together.

Yeah this is my take on a cheapo crab/salmon cake lol
Salmon comes out pretty good but it taste odd to me at the same time.

I'd suggest celery, but that has the crunch as well. Diced pickle/gherkin perhaps?

I would say celery as well but that has the crunch, so im not really sure what you would replace it, its there for the crunch and flavor really...it helps to keep it together a bit but it should be fine with out it, just i never have tried
