MS+Yahoo!!=relationship from hell

Is it just me or does anyone else think that an MS yahoo deal will be really bad for all parties.

MS seems to have a management team that doesn't understand the new tech industry. There was an interesting set of columns in the wall street journal..kind of detailing the motivation behind the upcoming deal. The deal seems to be shooting for yahoo's subscribers. Which in my personal option is not the best of idea, specifically for 40 plus billion.

And its really kind of ashame to see yahoo's portfolio of products end up in MS hands.

I could be very wrong, and would love to hear why this would be an good idea.

It is a bad idea, and would (most likely) lead to the demise of both companies.
