How can you be here and not mention Good Eats? AB is God!

"Good Eats" is the shit. I'm compressing the entire series to DiVX to use as a video-cookbook.

I also like "Everyday Italian" because it's so damn sexy....

I had the world's most expensive sandwich and fruit juice in Venice because of a special that Giada had on touring through Italy.

Grilled (actually pan fried in olive oil) parma and cheese sandwich, with Peach Bellini at Harry's Bar.

Giada has a great show, but Mario Batali is a better chef.

BTW - I also watch Iron Chef ... and actually like Iron Chef America. Tonight's episode will be good - Flay/DeLaurentiis vs. Batali/Ray.

Oh man you are so right....But I hate it when she tries to add an Italian accent to certain words. Like....MOZZARELLA. Look for it in the future.

Not on the Food Network, but "Gordon Ramsey's F Word" on BBC America (Sunday 9pm) isn't bad.

She can come over to my place and start trying to speak in Italian any time she wants... if her husband doesn't mind...

Whats wrong with the way she pronounces Mozzarella? She pronounces it how it is supposed to be pronounced - without the "T" that seems to slip in when Americans call it MoTzarella.
