Default Watchmen Trailer!

http://www.traileraddict.com/trailer/watchmen/trailer

Opinions? I think the art direction looks great. The thing that worries me is the way that people move in that kind of weightless way, like when the nightowl drops to the ground.

I am only halfway through the book and this looks amazing! Now I have to finish reading this...

Jeff, perhaps the Dark Knight being the reason you are a geek may not last for long.

Holy... that looks awesome. Zack Snyder has a pass from me to see one of his movies no questions asked after 300.

I've never read the graphic novel. I'll definitely have to read it before the film comes out.

Never read the novel but the movie looks pretty lame, I'll be honest. It makes a decent teaser, but it doesn't give anything away plot-wise or substance-wise. All I saw were some silly looking people and some stock-comic book costumes.

I didn't care at all for 300, but I really dug the visuals. Since I dug the visuals here, I'll go see it when it comes out, for sure. Don't have much experience with the property, otherwise I'd probably be more excited.

I'm not sure if I want to read it first or wait until I see it. I have the graphic novel, but I'm a fan of watching a movie adaptation first, since seeing/reading/playing the source material first tends to make the movie not as good to me.

The trailer looks interesting and makes me want to both watch the movie and read the novel...decisions, decisions.

for those who have not read it, there is a Watchmen "Motion Comic" on iTunes, they take the panels from the comic, animate them, and add voice acting. They are free but only the first episode(issue) is out so far, not sure what the release schedule is.
