well, its not so much the fact its illegal, its just a requirement to not allow minors into adult places, just like its not illegal to have sex under the age i mean they aren't gonna be arresting some 16 year olds for having sex unless its in public....


which reminds me i heard about some kids(14-15) in a movie theatre boy and girl ...what movie was it it was like, oh it was some stupid movie like jackass 2 cept it was quite a few months ago last winter or something, but anywho the guy and the girl are dating or something or other and they guy has the girl go down on him in the friggin theatre...pretty funny they got escorted out of the theatre by police officers and taken home in seperate vehicles, but the only reason the police interfered was because it was indecent public exposure

I did that once. It we'd have been caught, it would have a been a punishble offense and possible sex-offender registry. Didn't know that at the time though. I was 20. These kids are minors. Different story.

Actually, showing sexual materials to minors IS a crime.

I was watching porn at 11..Then again im pretty sure 90% of men started before they were 18 amiright!?

showing it is a crime thats why they aren't allowed in strip joints, but i dont think (again not sure on this) that a minor who shows it to him/herself would be a crime, maybe just because ive never heard of a case like this.

If a minor knows he isn't supposed to be watching it and does, it's a crime. Two minors having sex is a crime against both as well. I had a friend (had, because he died) who had sex with his girlfriend, two weeks apart in age. Her mother had charges pressed against him to sex with a minor when she found out. Being a minor doesn't excuse one from the law.

i realize being a minor doesn't exclude one from the law but if both are minors you can't charge them with having sex with a minor, im sure some charges can be pressed, but weird id never actually heard of a charge being pressed, now do you know what kind of sentencing he got(unless he wasn't a minor then i already know)

and just because its a crime doesn't stop minors from doing it, and along with watching porn...trust me every 16 year old has seen porn or watches porn, its like pirating, people do it even though its illegal, and sadly some people do it without knowing its illegal and they get busted for it, doesn't mean the law shouldn't count, it would be like if you murdered someone but didn't know murder was illegal...you still get sentenced.

anywho to make this short...yes yes people watch porn and sex it up under age, i wouldn't know form experience sadly, but i do know people do it...kinda creepy sometimes.
