Hi, I tried contacting ms on the gfw site but the contact form just doesn't work, so would wondering if you can point me to the place or answer me this..

games for windows live service went free a few weeks ago and at the time my account was gold from a redeem code, but it ran out two weeks ago and my account is back to sliver not if it free why wouldnt it stay as gold, and why do i have to pay a fee to upgrade to gold or such when they went free? now i understand that xbox live didnt got free, just gfw live, but i cant get any help or upgrade my account on on the gfw live site
