15 FPS video issue resolved

Hey everyone, I just wanted to give you a heads up and let you know that we apologize for the 15 FPS issue you've all reported.

While we did encoder tests with the great staff here at revision3, apparently their encoding process didn't like the file that we ended up sending them for the pineapple episode.

Throughout the day yesterday, Darren and the Rev3 IT staff worked extremely hard to nail down exactly what it was that was causing the issue. Ultimately we ended up sending them another file to encode, and now if you go back and watch the episode, it should be fixed.

We understand that the video still seems muddy, and as we've mentioned in some other threads, that has been resolved in episode 403 onward.
