Default Moving GIF

ANyone know how to create a moving gif file. A friend of mine wants me to do a moving gif of heath legder as joker in batman, clapping in the police station.

Thanks, but I was wanting to know how to create, and then edit, them in Photoshop.

use the animation toolbar in PS.
each layer is a different image in the animation. Below each layer on that toolbar you will see the duration that the image will show.
Tweak it and save it as a .gif

If you want to open the file above then you need to do it in Fireworks not PS. Unless you rename the .gif file a .mov and then in PS click file import video frames to layers. However, in doing that the quality is not always the best.

I miss Image Ready
