I also thought of lifting the bottle with the sides of the bill. Need to find a setup to disqualify that option.

Simply saying the bottle needs to stay inverted or no part of the bottle other than the top of the neck can touch the table would probably work

Is that really all there is to "open bottle with eye"? If it is then I do have to say I'm a bit let down. It's kind of like when I found out drunken boxers weren't the highly trained lushes I thought they were.

LOL... yeah. That's kind of the universal feeling of seeing behind the curtain in magic.
