As I said in my written review, yes, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. But you shouldn't have any more trouble reading this than you would reading the first issue. it's just that there are a lot of characters.

I like it that we do agree that this was probably the most straightforward RIP issue to date...But we're still confused on what the heck is going on. It doesnt help Joker is the voice of reason or the most sane man in that issue too.
