If one shot of Everclear knocks ya on your ass I say there is something wrong with you. It takes 4 shots to mess me big time.

Despite the relative simple theory in distillation that was a pretty fun episode, helped no doubt by Julia's presence (she's great, hope to see her back again soon) and Patrick's sense of humour.

interesting stuff.
as for other country's policies on distilling... in australia i'm pretty sure you can own certain elements of the gear...if not all of it....but actually distilling some spirits is illegal...cider may fall in a grey area...or be lumped in with beer, with its fine to brew. |
