I get it perfectly fine. When Patrick says Canadia it seems a bit derogatory to you. That's fine. You have every right to feel that way. I'm just trying to explain to you that it isn't meant that way as it isn't a derogatory term at all. In fact, it means the exact opposite of what you are saying.

I'd suggest postfix for something sendmail compatible but a bit more sane but even that can be rather frustrating.

The context in which he used it DURING AN ADVERT DIRECTED, IN PART, AT CANADA is the problem.
