Martin should resurrect Infected on his own IMO
Infected > Internet Superstar by far IMO. Martin should revive it again along with Gator (huge mistake to kill him off on IS) and Johnny O'Banion. Gater and O'Banion had many moments of comedic genius and I think that the more open ended format of Infected better suited Martin's comedic style than Internet Superstar. Plus I always loved the bits at the end where Jay would tell us that we've been infected--just the name "Infected" is funny.
So there's my opinion. Go low budget, host it on youtube if you have to, but please, please revive the awesomeness that was Infected. Who knows, as the economy picks up maybe you'll get picked up by Rev3 or another network eventually.

I have to agree, Marty rambling and telling stories is alot better then a fixed format like IS.
