Out of Date RSS Feeds

I decided to subscribe to a number of Rev3 shows RSS feeds rather than downloading each of them manually every week as I had been doing. However at first I noticed that the most recent episodes often aren't on the feeds or takes a while before it is added. Then when I tried subscribing to the RSS through TVersity I noticed that they were weeks behind.

Does anyone know why this is? Or whether there is anything I can do about it (I'm guessing there probably isn't)

Forget it, I managed to sort it out, just had to refresh it a few times on TVersity for some reason.
