I watched "Kids" with my Aunt and my Mom. I don't know what my cousin was thinking when he rented it, but I had no idea what to expect.

I seriously don't think there is any way to top that on the uncomfortable meter.

I did the survey, but the embedded video at the end didn't work.

Directors cut .. uncut .. added scenes comment.

Most of the time they are OK .. HOWEVER (yes all caps).. The Lord of The Rings trilogy directors cut really added so much back in that made the experience even better.

Great Show and I got check out King's Bounty (take this almost 40 yr old gamer back).

I would like to add the only way to see Kingdom of Heaven is via the Director's Cut. The theatrical release is a hacked and slashed mess of a movie, the Director's Cut actually makes it into a great movie.

Default Unrated, Director's Cut, uncut, etc.

For me, most movies fall into the realm of items that don't need extras. I agree that most of the time, I can watch a deleted scene and say "yeah...that did nothing for me."

Most awkward movie viewing experience: I was ~15 and had just rented Mallrats. I was about to watch it, knowing that my parents didn't stay up that late most of the time. But just as I put the DVD in the player, my mother tells me she's going to stay up- for some reason, she's curious about what kinds of movies I watch these days. For those of you who don't know/remember, the movie starts with a black screen and the line "One time my cousin Walter got this cat stuck up his ass. True story..." The movie doesn't really get any classier than that.

I wanted to laugh, but feared that "I'm disappointed in you" kind of look. Luckily, there were two moments at which my mother laughed, but in the end, I got ones of those "I don't get it, and I'm not sure I want to" lines.

Sorry folks, I know some/most of you will disagree, but this is the first time I ever shouted out loud "Shut up, Alex" at the screan. Loudly.

Don't get me wrong, I love Alex, he is smart funny, and talented, but dang, TRS is not Diggnation. Diggnation is just two guys interupting each other all the time with a very loose structure. TRS is pretty loose and conversational, but has more structure.

Alex. Please let Danny and/or Jeff do the initial setup for us before you interupt. It is so frustrating to see them get distracted from telling us the name of the movie/game, etc and what it's about before you pipe in.

You know I love you Alex, but please calm down when it's not your "turn."

sincerely, Badger.

Ditto. Can anyone give us a rundown of what the pilot was about?

I 100% agree with Dan on Coraline (and to take that further, Pans Labyrinth). They don't in any way bring me in to love these character and find these little intricacies with the plot to keep me interested. They exist solely to show me gorgeous things that I probably won't need to understand or see again. Not a fan.

They need to take a page from the book of Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, etc. which they're obviously in the same group as.
