Unblur a face Tutorial

Hi, LOVE the show!
How easy is it for someone to unblur someone's face in a photo?
One that they have applied filters to either smudge or swirl maybe.

I heard about a court case where some pedo got busted because the FBI found his pics
and restored them after he tried to hide his identity.

I'd love to see an episode on how to unblur someone's face.

If it's a swirl theres a chance you could just swirl it in the other direction, maybe? Probably not but worth a try.
