I played it for like ten minutes straight the other day without making any damn progress. Today I completed it in like five minutes. It was amazing.

I found out about it yesterday and played it four times. Love it.

In all honesty, I did check it out and loved the concept - I just wanted to see what the OP thought. Anyhow, make sure you check out the website too because there are other games.

A nice and short game. I liked "I wish I were the Moon" better than this one. "Today I Die" was a bit confusing in the beginning, but when I understood, it was still confusing. I managed to finish it, but it wasn't much fun, just a little. it was beautiful, though.

"I Wish I Were the Moon" was more of a contemplative puzzle game, I got what it was emotionally trying to say but I treated it more as a puzzle game.
Whereas with "Today I Die" everything ties together so well (changing visuals, text, and the amazing music) that it really does a great job of evoking an emotional response. I could feel my heartbeat taking a leap during the fast paced escape sequence and a genuine feeling of relief at the end. Pretty outstanding for being able to get those emotional responses out of simple gameplay and storytelling. |

I am prone to hyperbole, but that might be the coolest thing I have ever done in my entire life.
