Bottle capper

I just watched the latest CO-OP and saw a bottle capper in the background of the opening sequence. So, who's the home brewer and what do you have in the fermenter or what was the last thing you brewed?

Good eye! That belongs to our roommate John. So far, nothing's been brewed yet, but God, I hope he puts something together soon. What should I recommend he start with? Do you have any special secret brew recipes we should try to build?

I'd suggest a Cream Ale as a great summer beer. I don't have a recipe to recommend since it really depends whether he brews all-grain or from extract, but there are plenty of good recipes out there.

Get him going on that. It's a pretty fun hobby and really not that difficult. The best part of the hobby is you end up with delicious beer. How many hobbies can compare with that?
