In response to the "Equation" with the toothpicks episode.
| + || + ||| = |||| If the rule is changing the right side of the equation is not allowed, then the following wouldn't work. Otherwise, if the rule is don't change the number itself, then... | - || + ||| = - |||| (Assuming you do 2 + 3 BEFORE subtracting from 1) Just thought that was another interesting idea. Another easy way to do this trick is simple cut and paste using only two right clicks on your computer mouse.
