I think that we would all agree that, no matter what side of the street you favor, comics have never been in such a state of flux than they are today. New writers, new artists, new stories and new characters. I was reading Batman and Robin #2 and got to the panel where Richard says that he hates the cape and I immediately predicted that he would ditch it, which might call for a redesign of the costume, or alter it in some way. Then again, I could be wrong which I usually am.
Then I thought, if I make snap predictions like that then everyone else must do too. So, what have you read recently that you had that 'prediction' effect? Or perhaps it's not such a recent event for some. Perhaps you remember an event from way back that you made a prediction about. Whether they are right or wrong, our speculations and predictions are what keeps us coming back to good comics. I predict that no one will read this thread. ![]()
