Hi so what is the set up in the studio? Like what type of TV etc. By the way what kind of foam is that? I know its sound proofing but what brand, and how much does it cost?

They sell that sound proofing foam at guitar center.

I'd like to get the hosts' opinions on the best methods to sound proof a room on the cheap.
