Default Problem with the revision3 shop

A colleague has had a problem with a shipment from the Rev3 shop and can't seem to get any response from them over e-mail. Is there another way he can contact them?

Depending on the problem, you should be able to get it resolved by sending an email to info@revision3.com. From there it will be forwarded to the right contacts and handled appropriately.
