I'd have to agree with the selection of the car chase in The Bourne Supremacy as a top choice. I don't care how many times I've already seen it, I think its fascinating every time.
As for stuck pixels, I've had good results unsticking them by hooking the monitor or TV to a computer and flipping between a totally white screen and a totally black screen every few seconds for anywhere from a few hours to a few days. And I wouldn't suggest the "buy another one and put the old one in the new box and return it" trick to fix a stuck pixel. Things may be different in other parts of the country, but around here all the stores check serial numbers on all electronics returns. |

I have to disagree with Patrick in regards to rear speaker placement. Placement of any speaker is critical when one considers on-axis and off-axis frequency response. Throwing them in a room half heartedly can make them a waste of money or worse, hinder a system as a whole.
Whatever you do people, please do not put them on the floor firing up in the air behind you . . . it's really not a good idea. |
