Looks like some cool effects, but does this App remain worth its price if you have it on the iPod Touch (with its lack of a camera)? Simply, are the filters useful enough on downloaded photos?

Yes, I would say so. Most of the images I load into CameraBag aren't taken while inside the app anyway. I normally load 'em through my Photo Library, which is synced to my laptop. Totally up to you, though. There's also a desktop app, but it's $20. eek. =P
