Kinda like the dentist, I had to get something done that was about an hour procedure i popped on some goggles and watched a movie the whole time and it was over in no time is was sweet

As one who used to be in hospitals all the time, anything to take away the sight of what's around you does help a ton. Blinking lights and beeps and stark whiteness are frightening. The kid could be playing a racing game instead of snow and it would work. Too bad they didn't do this when I was a kid.
