I have been having trouble with my wife's zune player... while logged in on her profile, the player is not recognized by the app. The player shows that it is connected, but the app doesnt...
While logged in on my profile the player and the app work fine... I have tried all of the fix its on the microsoft support page but nothing helps... does anyone have any ideas... |

Is there a difference between yours and hers profile? Are you an admin and she just a lowly user? Did you install "the app" while in your profile? Was there an option to pick that said to let all users use this program? We gots to know to answer the problem.
