If that is homebrew beer, it's a set up (and color) I'm totally not familar with. And I'm familiar. Must be Cider. Not familiar with cider. (and cider is more "seasonal" while beer is year round)

Though In a prior year I did make wine that way, The goal this time is to make vinegar to put on the top of salads and for special cleaning uses. Where I live you can make only a 100 gallons a year for each consenting adult in the household. I only drink wine maybe once every several years. just to be aware of the taste of it. The concoctions were more for friends than me.
