Many people on those sites comment that it is trust worthy and my security software, browsers or windows says the same thing.

They are flagging the software because it...get this...finds keys. That's considered naughty in the online safety world. The safety sites do not take in to consideration the simple fact that that's what the damned thing is designed to do.

I've used the Magic Jellybean keyfinder for years. Its harmless and does exactly what its supposed to.
