Default ipad a "new" concept

I really think that apple is trying to overhype being the first in the market with a pad. Archos came out with a pad called Archos 9 pc tablet. i would like a comparison between the 2 if at all possible. http://www.archos.com/products/nb/ar...try=us&lang=en is where you can get information on this product.

Of course they are. They did the same thing with the iPod, and there's still a very large segment of the population that thinks Apple invented the MP3 player.

Even scarier is that same population think the iPod is not an mp3 player. I've heard the phrase, I don't want an mp3 player I want an iPod, many times.

But to be honest as far as media players go you cant do better then an iPod in my experience. I've gone from Archos (my first mp3 p) to sandisc, I had a rio once, and none have outlasted my iPod. Plus I haven't used another UI better. Aside from the fact that it's slow as balls with huge libraries iTunes is pretty damn good.

If anyone out there has a better media player than an iPod I'd love to hear about.

If you're comparing sound quality to sound quality, the Zune is better than the iPod.

In my opinion, slate == iPad.

Sure, Apple released the first "pad," but in reality, they just released another slate and I think that people who follow technology should know that. If not, then oh well.
